Your data is processed and stored in the United Kingdom. Our NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit status is published as Standards Met, and we are working towards ISO 27001 certification.
A conduit, not an archive
Photographs of theatre lists are encrypted in transit and at rest, processed, and deleted as soon as the extraction returns. Multiple safeguards are designed to ensure deletion within minutes. Patient details are never added to your account or any long-term store.
Never used to train models
Your images and the extracted cases are never used to train or fine-tune any model. The AI reads your theatre list, returns the result, and retains nothing.
Your logbook credentials stay yours
We never store your eLogbook password. Access uses a short-lived token with additional encryption at rest, so a stolen copy of our database could not be used to reach your eLogbook.
